It Takes a City: SFUSD Launches a New Strategic Plan
- The Performance Management Initiative will increase the personal and professional capacity of every employee in SFUSD - from teachers to the superintendent - all of whom need resources, information, and support to succeed.
- The Equity-Centered Professional Learning Initiative will create networks of schools across the city. These networks will function as professional learning communities and will bring together teachers and school leaders with school coaches, district staff, and other support partners.
- The 21st Century Curriculum Initiative will focus on delivering classroom instruction that is personalized, relevant, meaningful, and engaging for each and every student in San Francisco.
